Dominating Video is a video marketing training course which will be released by Alex Goad and Mark Dulisse on Tuesday 30th November. I have had the chance to review the material provided in the course and will now be able to give you a brief summary and conclusion.
I have not as yet tried any of the methods involved in the training course due to time constraints so I will only really be able to provide you with my opinion on the quality of the course content rather than the effectiveness of this particular course.
On with my Dominating Video Review.
Dominating Video is a very specific training course and doesn’t muddy the waters with any extra training to side track your learning. The course itself goes into great detail taking your from the initial concept of using Video Marketing, the how and the why you should be using it in your online business, right through to strategic implementation.
The course is neatly organised and, as I have already said, covers the basics. There are six elements or chapters to the training course, as I write this, but it wouldn’t surprise me if there where more to come when you invest in the course.
Dominating Video covers all the elements of using Video Marketing starting from the very basics of actual video product. The course covers in detail how to use most of the popular video creation software and services including, but not limited too, Camtasia, Sony Vegas and Animoto. This in itself is a great training aid as I have in the past looked at using Video marketing but always found that any training available didn’t cover the Video creation very well.
Dominating Video then moves on to cover the finer points of Video Marketing such as branding, lead generation and crating Video training courses. There is also a very good section on Video SEO again using specific sitemaps and submission software to acheive the exposure you want from the Videos to drive your Business objectives.
The course also covers the use of Video to tap into Social media and other search engine traffic as well as automation with various software and services.
Conclusion
All in all Video is definitely becoming one of the most popular and well used Marketing Media being used today. Thanks to media sharing sites such as YouTube and reasonably priced video creation software it has become very easy to make your own professional Video’s and then share them with your target audience. Clearly it makes sense to include Video as part of your overall marketing strategy and the only choice then is how you do so and who you learn from.
