Opt-In forms are great for collecting emails in order to keep in touch with your readers. This opt-in list is for the purpose of emailing the subscribers valuable information that will help them solve a problem or make some extra money (if you are in a business niche); also, it could be used to pitch relevant products.

By staying consistent with adding new content to your blog you will be surprised at how many people will sign up for your list because they want to hear more of what you have to say. Remember, blogging is about more than making money. It’s also an important way to network and get better known.
